If I could give negative stars I would. Called after putting an order in online realizing I didn't put the rush print on it (Literally one paragraph typed) asked if I could change it and the response I was given was "there are other people ahead of you that actually came into the store" then was immediately hung up on. So of course I called back and asked to cancel the order because it didn't have anywhere I could cancel online. Same person (No name stated with either call) this time i was told that he would cancel the order then click. Hung up again. Neither time did he ask for my order info, offer an 800 number, or apologize. Guess what? Few hours later got a confirmation email that my order was ready to be picked up. Given it's only 50 cents. Customer service is extremely poor. Will never purchase here again or suggest this location.
